Music Valley Group is located in Nashville, Tennessee and we work with business and clients primarily across the Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky regions.
Music Valley Group team members will become a regular in your offices, getting to know all members of your staff from all levels. We will primarily work from our offices, as to not interfere with your day to day operations.
Another great benefit to using an agency is consolidated billing. Instead of receiving multiple invoices from the various media vendors, all bills are sent to us. We then reconcile the invoices for any discrepancies. Should any discrepancies arise, we handle that and make sure you get what you ordered we then send you one simply monthly invoice. We also maintain budget spreadsheets if your prefer and we make sure that spending is on track with your budget. Our payment policies are net 30 days from the invoice date.
That will depend on the demand of the campaigns. We have clients we meet with once a month, some once a week, and some we talk to almost daily! After developing our marketing plan, we’ll work out a schedule for meetings based on needs.
Absolutely, positively YES! Each business has tons of sensitive information, and that is all kept confidential between our clients and our staff here at Music Valley Group. To create a successful campaign plan for our clients, we need to be privy to certain information the public should not and will not be aware of. We need our clients and customers to maintain open likes of communication with our staff, and pride ourselves in keeping your planning, negotiation efforts, etc. private and confidential.

If you have vendors that are handling needs for you that are working properly, we do not want to disrupt those relationships. That’s why it’s vital for us to maintain open lines of communication and know which parties are handling which responsibilities, so the ball never gets dropped!
Unlike most of our competitors (which require 2+ year contracts) we do not force our clients into long-term contracts. We do have documentation that both parties will agree to certain terms….including a written 30-day cancellation of services policy for either party.
Will it cost me more if I use an advertising agency rather than dealing directly with media vendors myself?

Typically we can negotiate better rates for you and get you more bang for your buck on your media buys.
